Closer to the citizen to better raise awareness and educate
EGF has launched the Recycling Line app, the free, national and public customer service that supports citizens on issues associated with the collection and treatment of urban waste.
In line with trends in customer behaviour, the Recycling Line APP aims to facilitate and encourage recycling, through a practical, accessible and intuitive tool that allows you to ask questions and contribute to the adoption of more conscious behaviour and good environmental practices in your day-to-day life.
The APP allows you to access all the forms: service requests, suggestions, complaints and compliments, find out where the nearest recycling centre is and answer questions about recycling, in a question and answer area designed to facilitate access to information.
Reinforcing its commitment to environmental awareness and education, EGF and its concessionaires, through the Recycling Line APP, aim to create routines and simplify the recycling process by providing information on the subject at the click of a button, promoting the active participation of citizens through interactive features.
The application can be downloaded free of charge on the iOS and Android platforms.
